Would someone kindly translate this into English Heb net een originele 2012 radio (met bluetooth en mp3) aangesloten op m'n Aygo uit 2011. Zelf wat verloop kabeltjes gemaakt voor de microfoon en usb. Verloop van quadlock naar iso gekocht en een beetje aangepast. Zal nog wat foto's en het schema plaatsen. Sinds kort ook de achter speakers werkend door de fader te activeren met een (clone) Peugeot diagnose kabel (zoek naar PP2000 op Marktpaats) deze werkt ook met de Aygo ! Wel een extra kabeltje van de radio naar OBD2 stekkker moeten trekken. Ben tevreden met de radio, zoek alleen nog een oplossing voor het vanzelf omschakelen naar bluetooth audio zodra de radio verbinding maakt met m'n telefoon. Dit fenomeen is al eerder op het forum besproken.

allereerst gegroet aan iedereen dit wordt mijn eerste post, we hebben onze C1 net, wat een slechte audio zeg, goed ben dus begonnen met aanschaffen van nieuwe boxen in dashbord en deur, ga via deze handleiding de radio aan de Can bus hangen en uitlezen programmeren (fader optie aan zetten) doe dit ook met VAG auto's maar weet niet wat ik zal aantreffen bij de C1 weet iemand het programma voor dit geheel, ik ga het eerst proberen met VAG software Radio is daar groep 56 ik zal als het mij lukt een TUT hiervoor samenstellen met foto's enz

The Peugeot and Citroen dealers refuse to do it as they claim that their diagnostic tools do not work on a Toyota AYGO. The Toyota dealership refuse to carry out the activation as they do not even know what I am talking about! What do I need to do this myself? Thank you

@AYGOFan: As gemer007 mentioned, he just went to the dealer in Eindhoven and they activated it for free. If I were you, just call some dealerships nearby and ask if they can do it for you. If none of them can, wire the wires correctly and ask if they can have a look with their ODBtool if they can see/change anything. @gemer007: Kijk dat is nog eens een service!

Hi It appears that the radio isn't wired to the OBD port. Once it's been wired (correctly) is it just a case of going to a dealership to activate it? Thank you for your knowledge and help.

Ik ben voor de obd naar de citroen dealer in Eindhoven geweest. Daar hebben ze het even gedaan en voor niks. Prima service van Driessen. Het werkt prima. Ik heb er een actieve subwoofer op aangesloten.

Did you actually added 2 wires from the standard cables (or your quad to iso piece) to your OBD2 port? It's not only connecting the regular cables to your radio, you actually need to add 2 wires. This diagram shows which cables you need to add to your ODB2 port. The ODB2 port is below the steering wheel, positioned approx at your right knee. After that, you can connect the pp2000 (or you dealer's tool) to the obd2 and it will probably show you in the diagnostics your fader control now that the radio is connected to the OBD. Kind Regards
