Hello DutchClub, I am the regional events co-ordinater on the CityBugClub UK. I'm Looking into hosting a joint meet again this year. I know previously that we have had a joint meet on Dutch soil, we would like to invite you to one of our biggest and well attended shows of the year. I am currently in the proccess of writting up this summers Events for CityBugClub UK and would like to speak with the admins to seek permission to post updates and share events on this site. If allowed i would like to work closely with CityBugClub NL to organise and annual meet every from this point on. Edit: Topic title
I would also add that i will be making this a 4 day event with a tour of the south coast from the Thursday 28th September. So it will be a very worthwhile holiday I will keep you all posted on any updates I am active on the City Bug Club UK facebook page or on the UK forum if you want to know anything further dont hesitate to contact me.

I contacted John about the UK meeting and he can share the information on our forum. Here is a copy of the topic of the C10C forum with the info about the UK meeting.
Subject: 01/10/17 - TRAX @ Silverstone You know the drill. Our biggest national show, who is coming for this one! Saturday: For those staying in hotels or camping on the Saturday night we will make a full weekend of it to go for dinner at USA American diner and enjoy a few drinks at the campsite. (or hotels depending on preference) Sunday: Meet at Corinthians arch (Stowe MK18 5EG) At 0600 to meet up with the show day trippers to distribute tickets and vehicle passes before convoying to Silverstone and the showground. I will be providing a bbq or lunch option on the stand also. So no need to worry about food. Club Weekend Camping Ticket £33* - Includes camping on Saturday night, as well as show entry on Sunday.
